Please note that due to Coronavirus we are currently using UPS to deliver your orders and we hope this will avoid delays in getting your items to you. UPS are only able to offer standard delivery and there is no weekend service.

Delivery will be charged at £3.99, please ensure you select Royal Mail Signed-for 2nd class at checkout.



We are now offering a new service for you to ‘click & collect’ your online purchases. Just choose your pieces online then enter code ‘clickcollect’ at the checkout so you don’t pay for delivery and then email the shop at to arrange your collection time between 11am-4pm Monday to Saturday.

If you wish to return an item or change the size, you can also email us to arrange a return.


We provide currently offer 2 options for delivery and FREE returns on all online purchases. 

  • Option 1: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
  • Option 2: Royal Mail Signed-for delivery, 2nd class

Who will deliver my order?

Your orders will be delivered via Royal Mail. If you are not in to sign-for your order items, the post office will leave a notification card and return the item to your local Post Office for collection.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently only deliver to mainland UK.

How long will my order take?

  • Option 1 delivery is guaranteed by 1pm next working day on orders placed by midday.
  • Option 2, Royal Mail signed-for delivery takes 2-3 days.
  • Option 3, delivery is guaranteed by 1pm on Saturday on orders placed by midday on Friday.

Orders placed before midday will be sent out the same working day, however, orders placed after this time will not be sent until the following working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday will not be processed until the following working day. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

Will I need to sign-for my delivery?

Yes, all delivery options require a signature on receipt of goods.

Could I receive my delivery on Saturday?

Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available with the Special Delivery service, Option 3 – unfortunately this is temporarily unavailable. Guaranteed Saturday delivery ensures that your item is delivered to the recipient by 1pm on Saturday.

When will I know when my delivery has been sent?

Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from Stuff confirming the successful despatch of your parcel(s). If you select option 1 or 3 you will receive a subsequent email with full tracking information.

What if I’m not in during delivery time?

If the delivery date/time is not convenient or you are unavailable to sign-for your order, Royal Mail will leave you a ‘Something for you’ card which will detail your options for redelivery or collection.

Will I be able to change my shipping address after the order has been despatched?

Unfortunately it is not possible to redirect orders once they have been despatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

Will you deliver to alternative addresses?

For security reasons, we are only able to ship to the address associated with the payment card. Furthermore, Stuff do not ship to any mail forwarding companies.

What happens if I don’t receive my delivery?

Please contact us if you haven’t received your delivery in the expected time. We can not guarantee refunds for Royal Mail Signed-for delivery, Option 2.
