What can I return?
All items purchased online, excluding sale items and jewellery, can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Items must be in a new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging and garment tags attached.
We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued. Jewellery can not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
Sale items purchased online can not be returned.
How much am I charged for returns?
Items can be returned at no charge to the customer providing they use the pre-addressed returns label provided.
How do I return orders?
- Please complete and enclose the returns form and adhere the pre-addressed free returns label to your package – these would have been enclosed with your order.
- At the post office, please ensure that you receive a proof of postage documentation, to safeguard the returning parcel. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
- Please ensure that goods are securely packaged as we cannot provide refunds on worn or damaged items.
When will I receive my refund?
Where an email address has been provided, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of your return parcel. Please allow at least 14 working days for the refund to be processed from the date we receive your return. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Are shipping charges refunded?
Only the original price of the item returned will be refunded, not the shipping charges.
Can I return an item to the store?
Yes, you can make returns to the store, however they still need to comply with all returns guidelines and your payment return will not be processed in-store, please allow at least 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
I purchased my item using Stuff Gift Vouchers, how will I be refunded?
Refunds will be made according to the original purchase method, therefore a refund will be provided to the value of the Gift Voucher used and followed by subsequent payment methods used.
I purchased the item as a gift, can it be refunded to the gift recipient?
Unfortunately, items purchased as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
My goods are faulty or I’ve missed the returns deadline?
