How do I place an order?
- Find the product you like, select the size from the drop down and click ‘ADD TO BASKET’.
- You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout by selecting ‘VIEW BASKET’.
- You can review your items in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon. To remove items simply reduce their quantity to zero and click ‘UPDATE’.
- Finally, once you’ve completed your selection, ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ where shipping method is selected and payment details are taken.
If you have used the site before you will be prompted for your account details.
If you have a Stuff Gift Voucher or coupon code you will be prompted to use this once you ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
Do I need to set up an account with Stuff to place an order?
No, you have the choice as to whether you wish to set up an account or not.
To set up an account, complete your personal details required to make an order and select ‘Create an Account’. This will prompt you to create a password.
What information will I need to provide when processing an order or setting up an account?
You will need to provide your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing and shipping address, telephone number and payment details.
These details may be shared with the credit reference agency to verify your payment.
How will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will be emailed confirmation of your order from ‘Stuff’. A copy of your order will also be sent to you with your goods along with returns documentation.

Free delivery on standard delivery, please enter the code ‘free shipping’ at check-out.
If you find a lower price on any website, we’ll beat the price by 10%. See below for restrictions:
- Both items must be identical. Same style number, brand and colour.
- Shipping fee must be added to the product prior to comparing pricing.
- The item must not be defective.
- The customer must provide the website link showing the product and pricing details.
- The item must be cheaper by a minimum of 2%

Why can’t my order be fulfilled?
On rare occasions certain goods may become unavailable for reasons outside of our control, in this instance we will contact you promptly. You can then choose to either wait for us to source a new item or cancel the order for a full refund. If you agree to wait for delivery and the goods are not delivered within the agreed timescale you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
We endeavour to maintain our stock and sizes accurately, however if a size or product isn’t available the following message will appear ”Please contact the store 020 8567 1385“. Should this happen, please do phone the shop as there is a chance we might be able to order in the correct item/size for you.
Is it possible to order in a size/item for me?
On some occasions it may be possible to order in an item of stock for you. Please email email@example.com for further information. It will not be possible to order in sale items.
How do I know if my order is the right size and fit?
As we offer a wide range of brands, we don’t have a one-size fit’s all size chart. For this reason we offer ‘free returns’ service should you find that the item you have purchased is not a perfect fit.

Are items described accurately?
At Stuff we endeavour to ensure that the goods we sell are described accurately, our information is gathered from various sources, mostly from the supplier of the items. We cannot guarantee the absolute reliability of our site content. However, if you are unhappy with the description of an item you have ordered, please email us at email@example.com.
Can I make orders by phone?
Yes, orders can also be placed by phone please call 020 8567 1385. Delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgotten password” link found on the login page.
You will then be asked to enter your email address, and a new password will be sent to your email address.
You can change your password by using the “Change password” link found on your account dashboard.
