From the 15th June we are excited to open our doors, welcoming one customer per assistant at any time. You can NOW pre-book personal shopping appointments or you are welcome to just drop in (although you might have to wait in one of the nearby coffee shops if we’re busy!)
If you wish to pre-book a one-to-one shopping appointment please email or call the shop on 020 8567 1385 between 11am and 4pmMonday to Saturday (the shop is closed on Sundays).
- Appointments can be booked now for opening on 15th June.
- There will be 2 customers and minimal staff permitted in store at any one time.
- We will supply hand sanitisers and masks and we will adhere to social distancing.
- Any garments tried on but not purchased will be steamed and not returned to the shop floor for 72 hours.
- Our fitting rooms will be sanitised after each customer.

In-store we are ready to welcome you back, with a screen at the desk, we have sufficient PPE and will be using sanitisers to clean all equipment between each customer and at the end of each day.
